About the Role:

We are looking for a project manager to join our Marketing PMO team! This position will oversee the coordination of all marketing activities and functions - note a special emphasis on coordination. While working closely with leadership, the project manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of a comprehensive project management system. This position requires attention to detail and forward-thinking regarding how all marketing functions come together to create business value. Additionally, this position will oversee the submission of all marketing-related collateral to our internal compliance department.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work across marketing and related stakeholders to scope projects, create and maintain project plans, provide project status, handle feedback, and ensure project outcomes are accurate and complete. In short, this position will drive momentum for all day-to-day activities across our marketing organization.
  • Organize, facilitate, and drive status meetings. Develop meeting agendas, highlight key project dates, drive issue resolution, and keep track of follow-up items. Summarize and communicate meeting outcomes and actions across the organization.
  • Make daily decisions concerning how project tasks are completed: assignments, sequence, deadlines, dependencies, solving problems, resolving conflicts, and ensuring resources have what they need to complete projects.
  • Act as the team’s point of contact and maintain communication with all project partners to ensure accountability within marketing and for the stakeholders, we work with.
  • Must learn requirements for financial product compliance reviews. This includes working with the compliance department and/or content writers to bring materials into compliance. This may include learning FINRA and related regulatory standards.


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ Years of relevant work experience planning, coordinating, or leading project management initiatives in financial services
  • Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, and other digital channels
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable driving project momentum. This may require a soft touch at times, and other times, you may need to be more forceful, in a professional manner
